So, how do these magic squares actually work?

QR codes are like super-powered barcodes — the kind you see on products at the supermarket.
A regular barcode stores info in one direction (left to right). But a QR code stores it in two directions — both left-to-right and top-to-bottom. That’s why it can hold so much more data, like website links, text, or even Wi-Fi passwords!
